Where does your oil come from?
Our edible oil comes from Egypt, where our farmers pass on their knowledge from generation to generation by providing an exceptional oil full of history, pure, certified organic, non-GMO and cold pressed.

We are in direct contact with our producers. Some of our oils come from Ethiopia, Tunisia or India.

What are the delivery times ?
Delivery times are 2-4 working days after preparation and shipping of the order.
I have not received an email confirming my order, what should I do?

Yes, we deliver all over the world.
Is it possible to return an item?
You have a withdrawal period of 14 days if you decide to return an item purchased. The returned product must be new and unopened, in its original packaging and in perfect condition (any damaged, incomplete, damaged Product or whose packaging is damaged will not be taken back), to obtain a refund.
